1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently offer a flat shipping rate on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders.

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

4. Product Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
